Our managing director, Sanjay Hariram has vast experience in warehousing, logistics and import and export. Being a recipient of a BCom degree for both business management and global supply-chain management, he also worked at Coca-Cola for 25 years. During his tenure at the aforementioned company, he gained greater knowledge due to the company’s prominent international presence.

He resigned in 2018 and established his own company namely S. HARIRAM TRADERS & DISTRIBUTORS. Noting the rich mineral resources present on the African continent he
decided to venture into exporting of these resources. He exported coal, iron ore, chrome and copper cathode to both Asia and Europe. Further noticing the poor economic status of African countries and the ever shortage of food products he then decided to import these mentioned items to African countries. From both South African and international suppliers’ items such as maize, soybeans, dry legumes, sugar and canned foods were imported.

In late 2022 the demand for additional required products for the African market grew, hence encouraging the fact to add more suppliers to the business portfolio. In 2023 the company ADI SHAKTHI INTERNATIONAL was established to encourage worldwide trading and to assure customer satisfaction. We have written contracts in place with manufacturers and end suppliers to ensure security, best prices, efficiency, excellent customer service and best quality products.
